Morning Shift
From 09:00 in the morning until 05:00 in the evening, excluding Fridays.
Evening Shift
From 01:00 in the afternoon until 09:00 in the evening, excluding Fridays.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Office Software programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar.
- Ability to effectively manage email communication, including composing professional emails.
- Ability to accurately enter and manage data.
- Skill in formatting documents and proofreading for errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Experience in commercial correspondence in both Arabic and English languages.
- Professional communication skills, both oral and written, in Arabic and English.
- Ability to collaborate, plan, and work in a team.
- Organizational skills and proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong aptitude for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage workflow through ALTANMYA Learning Management System, ALTANMYA Online Platform and ERP System with all its modules.
- Manage trainee registrations, monitor attendance, track exams and project submissions, and handle payments.
- Prepare training venues by ensuring instructors have all of the tools, technical equipment and resources needed to effectively teach a course.
- Ensure that training materials are distributed for both on-campus and online trainees.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely delivery of training sessions and address any logistical challenges.
- Provide continuous support and exceptional customer service to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Assist in the execution of training-related events, such as orientations, workshops and graduation ceremonies.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote training programs and respond to inquiries regarding course content and schedules, via phone, WhatsApp, Email Campaigns and SMS.
- Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training and identify areas for improvement and development.
- Provide support to trainees by following up with absentees and facilitating their attendance of recorded sessions to make up for the sessions they missed.
- Employ the LMS platform effectively to enhance online learning experiences, manage course materials, and foster communication between trainers and trainees.
