• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as an Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, or in a related creative role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful visual campaigns across various media (print, digital, video, etc.)
• Significant experience in leading and managing creative teams, providing art direction, and mentoring junior designers.
• Extensive experience working with clients or stakeholders, understanding their needs, and presenting creative concepts effectively.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, creative vision, and successful projects.
• Experience in brand development and identity design is highly desirable.

• Working Hours
From 09:00 in the morning until 05:00 in the evening, excluding Fridays (8 hours per day, subject to adjustment according to ALTANMYA Group policies).
Technical Competencies
- Design Principles: Expert knowledge of design principles, including typography, grid systems, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and understanding of other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Branding: Deep understanding of branding principles, including brand identity development, brand guidelines, and brand consistency.
- Typography: Excellent knowledge of typography, including font selection, pairing, hierarchy, and usage across different media.
- Photography & Illustration: Strong understanding of photography, illustration, and other visual art forms, and the ability to direct and collaborate with photographers and illustrators.
- Digital Design: Expertise in digital design principles and best practices for web, mobile, and social media, including UI/UX considerations.
- Print Production: Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, color management, and printing techniques.
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: A strong understanding of motion graphics and video production, along with the capacity to offer artistic guidance for video projects, color grading, is preferred.
- AI Design Tools: Familiarity with AI design tools and their application in the creative process.
- MS Office Suite: Skilled in using software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall visual style and brand identity for ALTANMYA Group.
- Lead and manage the creative team, providing art direction, guidance, and mentorship.
- Conceptualize and execute creative solutions for diverse projects, including advertising campaigns, promotional materials, website design, and other visual communications.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that visual elements align with messaging and marketing objectives.
- Present creative concepts and designs to clients or internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Direct and collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and other external vendors as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand identity.
- Provide feedback and guidance to senior designers, fostering their professional development.
- Review and approve final designs before production or publication.
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies and marketing plans.
- Manage live events and studio production, such as stage setup, set lighting, and videography.
- Create storyboards to illustrate concepts and narratives for various projects, including video content, animations, and interactive media.
- Provide art direction and guidance for video production projects, ensuring visual style and brand consistency.
- Ensure timely communication with print houses to maintain high-quality printed material.
