•    Working Hours
From 09:00 in the morning until 05:00 in the evening, excluding Fridays (8 hours per day, subject to adjustment according to ALTANMYA Group policies).
Technical Competencies
                        - Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
 - Content Creation: Proficiency in creating compelling and engaging content in various formats (text, image, video) optimized for different social media platforms.
 - Social Media Management Tools: Expertise in using social media management and scheduling tools.
 - Social Media Analytics: Strong understanding of social media metrics and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness and generate reports.
 - Paid Social Advertising: Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
 - SEO & Social Media: Understanding of how social media impacts SEO and how to optimize social media content for search.
 - Graphic Design Basics: Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva) to create visually appealing social media content.
 - Video Production Basics: Understanding of video production and editing best practices for social media.
 - Influencer Marketing: Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing social media influencers.
 - Community Management: Proven ability to build and manage online communities, foster engagement, and handle customer interactions.
 - MS Office Suite: Skilled in using software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

a) Proficient communication abilities, both spoken and written, in Arabic and English.

Roles and Responsibilities
                        - Develop and execute ALTANMYA’s social media strategy to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand presence.
 - Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing.
 - Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
 - Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve specific goals (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
 - Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
 - Analyze social media data and generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
 - Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PR, sales) to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.
 - Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates.
 - Manage and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
 - Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
 - Develop and implement social media guidelines and policies.
 - Contribute to planning and executing events, workshops, and annual conferences that reflect ALTANMYA Group's visual identity, ensuring social media promotion and coverage.
 - Communicate with the admins of external pages and groups to publish content on their pages for the purpose of growing our clientele.
 - Stay up-to-date on new social media technologies and best practices.
 - Train and mentor junior social media team members.
 - Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Digital Marketing Specialist.
