Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising principles.
- Proficiency in using various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Professional communication skills, both oral and written, in Arabic and English.
- Organizational skills and proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad targeting.
- Write engaging ad copy and effective landing page content that drives conversion.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with team members within marketing and sales departments, to achieve campaign goals.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide creative insights to top management.
- Investigate and adopt new advertising strategies and technologies to promote innovation.
