•    Academic Certificates

• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Google Ads certifications are preferred.
• Other relevant industry certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Learning) are a plus.

•    Practical Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).

Full Time.

•   Working Hours

From 09:00 in the morning until 05:00 in the evening, excluding Fridays.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising principles.
  • Proficiency in using various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written, in Arabic and English.
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad targeting.
  • Write engaging ad copy and effective landing page content that drives conversion.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with team members within marketing and sales departments, to achieve campaign goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide creative insights to top management.
  • Investigate and adopt new advertising strategies and technologies to promote innovation.
