Technical Competencies
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Deep understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, keyword research, and SEO tools.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Advertising (PPC): Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), including content creation, community management, and paid social advertising.
- Email Marketing: Proven ability to develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Content Marketing: Understanding of content strategy development, content creation (or management of content creators), content distribution, and performance measurement.
- Web Analytics: Strong proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, and to generate insightful reports.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with the ALTANMYA business objectives.
- Plan and supervise the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including web development, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, ensuring brand consistency and targeted messaging across all digital marketing channels.
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage the digital marketing budget for all companies and ensure efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Ensure the creation of compelling and targeted copywriting for websites, blogs, videos, and social media content, tailored to each company's audience and offerings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities and improve results.
- Manage communication with administrators of external pages and groups to uncover content publishing opportunities on their pages.
- Evaluate external proposals for sponsorship or conference participation and provide strategic recommendations aligned with each company's objectives.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering professional development.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, tools, and algorithms, and ensure the team adapts and leverages new opportunities.
