University
degree in Fine Arts, Media, or a related field.
• Practical Experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in video editing, videography, and motion graphic design.
• Demonstrated experience leading video production projects from concept to final delivery.
• Working Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator, or any other professional video & audio editors.

Technical Competencies

Expert
proficiency
in all aspects of video editing, color grading/correction, and advanced sound
design/mixing.

Expertise
in complex 2D and 3D animation principles, character animation, and advanced
knowledge of JavaScript expressions or other rigging/scripting tools for
efficiency and template creation.
- Ability to manage and supervise all technical aspects of audio and video recording, editing, and final output, ensuring optimal quality across all media.

Proven
ability to translate complex corporate narratives and content into captivating,
emotionally resonant visual stories.

Proficiency
in using professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, including
assisting with live events and setting up studio productions (stage, set
lighting, and videography).

Expert
knowledge of video best practices, technical specifications, and audio
copyright policies for diverse social media and digital platforms.

Expert
in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Familiarity
with additional professional video editors and 3D software (e.g., Blender,
Cinema 4D) is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop
and enforce a comprehensive video and motion graphics strategy that clearly
communicates ALTANMYA Group's brand message and objectives.

Lead
the creation of motion graphic videos from the initial concept and
storyboarding stages all the way through design, post-production, and final
delivery.

Set
and maintain high quality and technical standards for all visual assets,
ensuring consistency with the Group's brand guidelines.
- Act as the lead technical point of contact, collaborating closely with the Art Director, Content Creators, and Graphic Designers to integrate motion and video into broader campaigns.
- Provide technical guidance, feedback, and training to junior team members or content creators on best practices for videography and post-production

Capture
high-quality photos and videos during internal and external events, or
in-studio settings.
- Create and manage a library of motion graphic templates for easy and consistent use by other team members.
- Stay current on the latest trends, technologies, and tools in motion design and video editing to drive innovation in content creation.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by either the Art Director or Marketing Manager.
